Usually it is hard to exceed my catering expectations given I’m a former Culinary Arts and teacher, ServSafe instructor, and personal chef, but Saturday I was wowed. The attention to detail, incredible service and delicious meal served at the brunch pleased both me and our guests. The shrimp/grits were superb and the timing was great given we had a late start. Please share this feedback with the team and also note I will be booking Norris for all of my events in the Greater Houston area.

“The day and the event was very special on many levels. Our mother celebrated her 80th birthday; however, we planned a birthday gathering for her on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Catering by Norris provided a private taste testing for the guest of honor and the food was delicious. Day of the event the food was delicious and Ms. Ana & staff were amazing. The guest of honor and the guests raved about the food selection and went back for seconds. We will definitely recommend Catering by Norris!

“Having Catering by Norris cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we made, they were awesome! We were just about to give up our search for a caterer and settle with another when we heard about them through our venue. We were so excited to meet with them and had high hopes, and they did not disappoint. After our taste testing we were positive we were going to go with them. We had searched and searched for a caterer that had delicious food within our budget and no one came close! Catering by Norris was the obvious choice. In addition, working with Stephanie was awesome! She was so sweet, enthusiastic, attentive, quick to respond and so helpful. I had many questions and she was always ready to help. She definitely helped making the planning process easier. Wedding Day: All of our guests LOVED the food. They seriously loved it (as did we). They keep raving about how great it was. I have family who want to hire them for their future weddings. On top of the food being great, the staff was great as well. Even though we had a buffet line, some staff came to serve the head table / come to take our plates / refill our drinks. They were all so attentive and so sweet. My coordinator absolutely loved working with Catering by Norris, she had nothing but positive feedback. One of my worries was that due to our guest count the buffet line would take some time, however, the buffet lines went by very quickly for 30 tables. I’ve already let all the future Farmhouse brides that are also using Catering by Norris that they have absolutely nothing to worry about, they are in good hands.
